2022 Sponsorship and Advertising Opportunities
Advertising/Marketing
2022 New Century Partners – Up to 16 members at $2,500 each will be accepted for this year-long Chamber advertising opportunity. Each partner’s name/logo will appear on the Chamber’s web site, invitations, programs and other marketing materials. Also included are web links in addition to logos and a separate Partner page with expanded information. Each Partner will also receive a complimentary additional voting member to engage another individual from your company. Commitment and logos needed by January 14, 2022.
Membership Directory Ads – Advertising opportunities will be available for the 2022 edition of the Chamber’s Membership Directory. Ad deadline is January 14, 2022. Opportunities range from 1/4 page ($800) to back cover ($2600). All ads will be in color.
Web Site Ads – Advertising available to members only. Ads on Chamber’s site will have a direct link to your site. $100 per month – up to six per month. We will need your ad in a JPG format sized 300 wide x 250 high at 72dpi.
And don’t forget Job Listings – these are no charge for members and may be uploaded in your MIC.
Events
Annual Dinner – Planned for third quarter 2022, the Annual Dinner is the Chamber’s largest annual fund-raising event. Annual awards are bestowed, and a guest speaker is featured. Four levels of sponsorship are available. Platinum and Gold will have logos printed in program and will be recognized at dinner. Platinum also may have a table display at the event and distribute promotional materials to those in attendance. Silver and Bronze will be listed in program.
Business After Hours – Monthly networking opportunity for members that features the host’s business. Host business provides the location and refreshments for average 75 people, tours, door prizes, etc. Host pays $600 for sole sponsorship or $300 each business for partnering with one or more co-sponsors. Host receives a copy of business cards/door prize registrations for follow-up marketing. Please call for availability and to be placed on the waiting list.
Friday Business Breakfast Series - Sponsor’s name/logo will be included in all pre-event publicity, promotional materials, press releases, etc. Also includes display at event and may give out promotional materials to those in attendance. $750 per session. Through sponsorship we are able to offer these at no cost for members to attend. Topic and speaker suggestions are welcome.
Legislative Preview – Planned for November 2022 and held prior to the legislative session, this event gives the membership the opportunity to meet with the local Delegates and Senators prior to the general session in Charleston. Sponsor’s name/logo will be included in pre-event publicity, promotional materials, press releases, etc. Also includes display at event and may give out promotional materials to those in attendance. $750 includes 8 tickets to the breakfast/lunch event.
North Central WV Business Summit – Planned for October 2022 and growing on the successful “Bridges without Boundaries” since 2015, the Summit event has grown into THE business event in North Central West Virginia. This regional event is hosted by the Chambers in Harrison, Marion, Preston and Monongalia Counties. Beginning with a regional Business After Hours the evening before, the full-day summit will feature speakers addressing relevant and timely topics of concern in NCWV. Sponsorship levels are available as Event $2,500.; Session $1,000.; or Break $500.
Programs
Leadership Harrison – Program to identify, recruit and develop a diverse group of community leaders. Up to 25 participants. Program runs September through May each year and meets one Friday of each month. Fee $495 per participant for Chamber members, $695 for non-members.
