Harrison County, WV – The Harrison County Chamber of Commerce proudly introduces its 2025 Board of Directors and Executive Board, a dedicated group of business leaders committed to advancing economic growth, workforce development, and community investment in the region.
Leading the Chamber’s initiatives this year is Chairwoman and President Kylea Radcliff of The Thrasher Group, alongside Vice Chairwoman Amy Haberbosch-Wilson of Harrison County Economic Development Corporation, Treasurer Eli Tilley of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, and Secretary Dr. David Hess of WVU Medicine-United Hospital Center.

Since 1919, the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce has been making the connection for businesses in the region. The 2025 Board of Directors remains committed to the Chamber’s mission—fostering and promoting small businesses and small business owners through active and engaged membership.
