Health Access, Inc. is an IRS 501c3 Tax Exempt Charitable Free Clinic that provides comprehensive primary medical care and prescription medications to low income, uninsured and under-insured adult patients residing in either Harrison or Doddridge County WV. The agency is a funded member of United Way of Harrison County Inc. and also receives funding in the form of grant dollars from the WV DHHR - the Harrison County Commission, the Doddridge County Commission, UHC Foundation, Dominion Energy, Evans Foundation and other grant sources. A cadre of volunteer medical professionals volunteer time and skills to patients at the clinic supported by a small paid staff. Health Access is a member of the WV Association of Free Clinics and the National Association of Free & Charitable Clinics.
